Plot Synopsis

Based on Simon Rich's book "What in God's Name," the first season of this half-hour comedy anthology series centers on Craig, a low-level angel responsible for handling all of humanity's prayers, because God has pretty much checked out to focus on his favorite hobbies and move on to his next project. To prevent Earth's destruction, Craig and fellow angel Eliza must answer a seemingly unanswerable prayer: help two humans fall in love. In the series opener, "2 Weeks," frustrated with the mess that Earth's become, God contemplates the end while two determined angels try to change his mind. MIRACLE WORKERS is executive produced by Lorne Michaels, Simon Rich, Daniel Radcliffe and Steve Buscemi.

On Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 10:30pm ET/PT, TBS premiered the season finale of MIRACLE WORKERS. In the season ender, "1 Hour," Craig risks it all in a desperate attempt to save Earth and all of mankind.
