Plot Synopsis

Hosted by Chrissy Metz, each one-hour episode of MEET YOUR MAKERS SHOWDOWN features four top artisans from across America, as they compete in challenges that test their ingenious creativity, unique skills and passion for their craft. Chrissy helms the action as the competitors contend in a wide range of artistic categories including paper art, fluid painting, stained glass, polymer clay, candle making and artisanal soap. LeAnn Rimes, Mark Montano are joined by a weekly guest judge who specializes in the featured trade, and the trio award $10,000 and bragging rights to the competitor who best wows the judges by creating items worthy of the world's best online boutiques. "In every episode, these brilliant makers put their heart and soul into intense crafting challenges that truly stretch their imaginations," said LeAnn. "As a fellow artist, it was inspiring to see their incredible, creative ideas come to life and get showcased on this show." The first two episodes of MEET YOUR MAKERS SHOWDOWN dropped on Saturday, November 27, 2021 on discovery+, with a new episode debuting each Saturday through December 25.

On Christmas Day 2021 (Saturday, December 25), discovery+ released "Fluid Art Fight!," the season finale of MEET YOUR MAKERS SHOWDOWN. Four fluid art makers create mesmerizing masterpieces for the chance to win $10,000 and the championship title. They'll paint a collection of three pieces that each utilize a different technique and capture the seasons in four individual works.
