Plot Synopsis

Based on the Marvel comic book character Moon Girl, MARVEL'S MOON GIRL AND DEVIL DINOSAUR is an animated series that follows the adventures of 13-year-old super-genius Lunella Lafayette and her 10-ton T-Rex, Devil Dinosaur. After Lunella accidentally brings Devil Dinosaur into present-day New York City via a time vortex, the duo works together to protect the city's Lower East Side from danger. Executive produced by Laurence Fishburne, who also voices The Beyonder, MARVEL'S MOON GIRL AND DEVIL DINOSAUR premiered on Friday, February 10, 2023 from 8-9pm ET/PT on Disney Channel. Season 2 of MARVEL'S MOON GIRL AND DEVIL DINOSAUR debuted with back-to-back episodes on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 8-9pm ET/PT on Disney Channel. This season, Lunella faces bigger threats and must navigate the challenges of living a double life as a superhero while keeping her family safe. In the season opener, "The Great Beyond-er!" (8pm), Moon Girl and The Beyonder become stranded on a desolate alien planet; the two set out to find a rumored black hole in hopes of getting home. Then, in the second episode, "Suit Up!" (8:30pm), Lunella tries to juice up her new super suit and goes overboard; she accidentally juices up a dangerous desert scorpion. David Tennant is the guest voice for Franklin, a member of an intergalactic superhero team called The Guard Dogs. Additional guest voices for Season 2 include: Giancarlo Esposito, Arsenio Hall, Xolo Mariduena, Alex Newell, Manny Jacinto, and more.
