Plot Synopsis

LOUISIANA RIVER BUILDS is a half-hour reality series that follows Hampton Rutland and his crew, as they renovate family cottages along the waters of Louisiana. On Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 1pm ET/PT, DIY Network premiered the pilot of this series, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the pilot, "Where We Build, There Are No Roads," Hampton and his team renovate a mayor's two-story floating cabin on the Ouachita River of Northern Louisiana, bringing it from a rustic guys getaway to a beautiful, floating home the whole family can enjoy.
