Plot Synopsis

In the first season of LOL: LAST ONE LAUGHING SPAIN, 10 comedians (Silvia Abril, Edu Soto, Yolanda Ramos, Mario Vaquerizo, El Monaguillo, David Fernandez, Arevalo, Rossy de Palma, Paco Collado and Carolina Noriega) face off for six hours in a row to keep a straight face, trying to make their opponents laugh. The contest is supervised by Santiago Segura, with the help of his co-host Xavier Deltell. All six episodes dropped on Friday, May 14, 2021 on Amazon Prime Video.

The entire six-episode second season of LOL: LAST ONE LAUGHING SPAIN dropped on Friday, May 20, 2022 on Prime Video. In Season 2, the villain Santiago Segura and his minion Xavier Deltell sell the outlandish resort Marina LOL to Silvia Abril and Carolina Iglesias. For the inauguration, they invite nine new comedians and one repeat student. Whoever can keep a straight face for 6 hours will win 100,000 euros to donate to charity. Comedians in the new season include: Anabel Alonso, Henar Alvarez, Juan Amodeo, Carlos Areces, Lorena Castell, Patricia Conde, Anton Lofer, Luis Piedrahita, J.J. Vaquero and Yolanda Ramos.
