Plot Synopsis

LOCKUP goes inside the Santa Rosa Correctional Facility (East Milton, Florida) to show what really happens every day inside this prison, which has a zero tolerance policy that frustrates the prisoners. Film crews spent nearly four months documenting life as an inmate, including the discovery of an illegal item during a cell search of Lionel Bowden's cell and a discussion with cellmates Jeronemoore Gleen and Lorenzo Tullis, who talk about using the facilities in their tiny cell.
