Each 30-minute episode presents a variety of places, lifestyles and libations, including: a wife-carrying competition in Maine; The Rattlesnake Roundup in Texas; The Crawfish Festival in Louisiana; the Road Kill Cook-off at the Autumn Harvest Festival in West Virginia; wrestling alligators in Orlando; four-wheeling in the Mojave Desert; catfish noodling in Oklahoma; and many more activities like outhouse racing and bobbing for pigs' feet.
