Plot Synopsis

LIVING COUNTRY is a half-hour reality series that follows the team at Whitetail Properties Real Estate, as they attempt to broker smooth transactions between buyers and sellers of hunting, fishing, ranch and farm land in America's heartland. Each agent is an avid hunter or fisherman, helping them understand what their clients really need and allowing them to take their buyers on extreme adventures -- instead of just a house tour. In each 30-minute episode, Whitetail Properties helps a different couple, including: Joe and Gia, two New Yorkers who want 100 acres in rural Iowa; Nick and Alisha, lifelong hunters with a baby on the way, who want a modern house and a fishing pond on a 100-acre hunting property that's private, but not too remote; Jodi and Paige, who know exactly what they want -- a secluded 100-acre plot with a pond and good hunting, a turnkey house with a deck, and a wood burning stove; and Kentuckians Darrell and Debbie, who decide to buy recreational land they can pass down to future generations -- with their son, Justin, acting as their agent and struggling to make their dreams come true. On Wednesday, April 9, 2014, GAC aired four back-to-back, sneak-peek episodes from 10pm-Midnight, but had no additional programs on its schedule at that time.
