Plot Synopsis

Steve and Katie are a husband and wife team who own a chocolate shop in Salt Lake City. They are little people who get big jobs! Whether they make 600 chocolate dice for a casino night party or build a life-sized, all-chocolate flower garden for a couple's fifth anniversary, they design and create the most delicious masterpieces. Steve learned about chocolate from his family -- his grandmother dipped chocolates during the Depression and his father made chocolates for local boutiques for 15 years of his retirement. Katie trained as a pastry chef for a number of years and her family owned restaurants in Chicago. With their backgrounds and expertise, it's no wonder they turned Hatch Family Chocolates into an instant success. TLC first aired a sneak peek of this program on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 9PM, two special episodes on January 31, 2010 and the series premiere on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 with back-to-back new episodes.
