Plot Synopsis

LISTED SISTERS is a reality series that follows twin sisters Alana (a realtor) and Lex (a designer) LeBlanc as they help clients renovate and sell their unwanted houses for top dollar so they can afford to move into the homes of their dreams. Lex's construction team transforms old houses into hot properties that Alana can sell for big returns. And in the end, Alana helps clients find and buy a dream home they never thought they could afford. On Monday, July 13, 2015 from 8-9pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered back-to-back half-hour episodes of LISTED SISTERS, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. Each 30-minute program featured a different family, including: the Blaneys, who need to renovate and sell their bungalow so they can afford to move into a brand-new house that has enough space for all six of them; and the Chessers, expecting parents who need to renovate and sell their outdated two-story ranch so they can move into an open-concept income property in an area with better schools. Nearly nine months later, LISTED SISTERS returned for its official series premiere as a one-hour program on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 8pm ET/PT on HGTV. In the series opener, "Bonus Baby in the Bonus Room," the Perkins family is on the hunt for an additional bedroom for their surprise bonus baby who currently sleeps in the bonus room. Tandy and Ryan are DIY specialists but the need for space in this house has surpassed their homegrown skills. Alana helps them find their dream home while Lex and Trey run into problems renovating their old house to sell.

The 10-episode second season of LISTED SISTERS premiered on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 11pm ET/PT on HGTV. Season 2 showcases the talented duo as they tackle home renovation challenges that are bigger than ever. Undaunted, Alana and Lex repair fire damage, fix structural issues and reimagine outdated layouts to complete the homes on time and on budget. In the end, their clients get the updated and personalized renovations they've always wanted, such as gorgeous open concepts, spa-like master bathrooms and modern kitchens. In the season opener, "From Tour Bus to Forever Home," road-weary country guitarist Kurt and his girlfriend Emma are looking for a permanent home base to replace their 500-square-foot condo. The Sisters find them a fixer-upper in one Nashville's hippest neighborhoods and transform it into a custom dream home.
