Plot Synopsis

LAW ON THE BORDER is a reality series that follows the elite Nogales Police Department K-9 unit, a group sworn to protect their town and border, who will stop at nothing to put an end to a ruthless Mexican cartel that makes billions of dollars in illegal profits. Whether raiding drug-stash houses, capturing human traffickers, or busting weapons caches, these officers and their canines put their lives on the line. The officers and their law enforcement companions include: Mario 'Falcon' Lopez (K-9: Readi), who, with a master's degree in psychology, is the unit's brainiac; Amador 'Gecko' Vasquez (K-9: Ilo), who earned his nickname because he looks like the famous lizard from the television commercials; John 'Captian Chaos' Zuniga (K-9: Tesko), who is the team's weapons expert and has been a K-9 handler for four years; Christian 'Patron' Flores (K-9: Thorpe), the boss, who is respected for his excellent judgment and calm demeanor in even the most dangerous situations; and Oscar 'Crash' Mesta II (K-9: Ari), a new K-9 officer, who is never short of a funny story or a witty line.
