Plot Synopsis

All scripts for LAW & ORDER: UK were taken from the U.S. version of LAW & ORDER -- but adapted to fit with the British legal system -- with Ronnie Brooks and his partner investigating crimes in and around London, while working with Senior and Junior Crown Prosecutors, who tried to bring the criminal to justice during legal and court proceedings. For the first four seasons, Matt Devlin and Ronnie Brooks worked with prosecutors James Steel and Alesha Phillips. Season 5 welcomed Senior Crown Prosecutor Jacob Thorne as James Steel's replacement. In the sixth season, Detective Sergeant Matt Devlin was replaced by Sam Casey. Junior Crown Prosecutor Alesha Phillips was replaced by Kate Barker for Season 7.
