Plot Synopsis

After causing the near extinction of mankind seven years ago, genius scientist Leon Lau must now fight the ecological disaster he unwittingly created. The series opens with the last remnants of mankind fight for survival against the B.R.A.I., an ever-evolving entity blurring the boundaries between lifeforms and A.I. Leon's research proves effective as his newfound powers overwhelm a monstrous B.R.A.I., leading Cain to propose an alliance to protect the city. Jay reluctantly orders Leon to continue his research on the unstable hyperdrive system in hopes of gaining a tactical advantage against the B.R.A.I. Feeling responsible for the reactor accident, Leon offers to go to the frontline when a new type of B.R.A.I threatens to destroy the city. LAST HOPE, a half-hour animated series, had its U.S. premiere on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT as Netflix released the first 13 episodes.

On Friday, December 21, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released the final 13 episodes of LAST HOPE. In Part 2, the Pandora team continues to endure a barrage of setbacks that threaten the city, while a vengeful Mr. Gold awaits his chance to enact revenge.
