Plot Synopsis

In this late late-night show, host Carson Daly introduces his audience to emerging artists, as he takes his entire show on location, bringing viewers along for the ride. For its first seven seasons, LAST CALL WITH CARSON DALY had a typical studio format with a desk for celebrity interviews and house band, but midway through the eighth season, the series went on a one-week tour of California, highlighting musical acts from clubs like The Roxy and The Viper Room and visiting Tom Green at his Hollywood Hills home. Since the ninth season, LAST CALL WITH CARSON DALY has continued with that gritty documentary style from the field.

LAST CALL WITH CARSON DALY returned for its fourteenth season at 1:35am ET/PT on NBC late night Monday, September 22, 2014 (actually, early morning Tuesday, September 23). In the season opener, Daly is joined by: comedian Jim Jefferies; electronic artist Porter Robinson, making his TV debut; and director Ned Benson.
