Plot Synopsis

Each half-hour episode of LAKEFRONT LUXURY follows a new couple as they hunt for, and eventually choose, the ultimate home on a lake. Whether it's a vacation property or primary residence, life is better on the lake. Each episode features a real estate agent and a couple as they go from house-to-house-to-house. They tour through the properties, vocally weigh the good and the bad, and eventually the couple decides which one is for them. With unlimited budgets and endless wish-lists, each episode reveals three opulent properties.

Season 2 of LAKEFRONT LUXURY made its linear television debut on Saturday, April 16, 2022 from Noon-1pm ET/PT, as A&E debuted back-to-back episodes.

The third season of LAKEFRONT LUXURY debuted with back-to-back new episodes on Saturday, June 3, 2023 from Noon-1pm ET/PT on A&E. In the season opener (Noon), Liz and Jake are a power couple--both working in the tech industry. They are recently engaged and are looking for a lakefront property to host their wedding nuptials..and move into. Their venue/forever home tours include a home with a cliffside outdoor entertainment area and a "Great Gatsby" style home with an infinity pool. Then, in the second episode (12:30pm), Byram and Kendra are not only husband and wife, they are also music producers who have worked with many artists, most notably, Drake. They are looking for an awesome lakefront property that they can live in, record music in and entertain clients in the music industry. Which property will be music to their ears? The property that soars about the trees, the one with the vaulted ceilings or the one with the separate guest house?

LAKEFRONT LUXURY returned with new episodes on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 11am-Noon ET/PT on A&E:

"Jeremy and Jonathan's Lake House" (11am): Urban professionals Jeremy and Jonathan have been living in an upscale condo in the downtown core. Their lack of living space and love for the water has prompted them to search for a lakefront property with lots of room. They have three options to choose from: a 7-bedroom Cape Cod style lake house, a rustic property nestled into a huge rock wall with 16 acres of land and multiple hiking trails, and lastly, a new-build with high-end finishes. Which of these homes will be their perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life?

"Kelly and Michael's Lake House" (11:30am): Husband and wife Kelly and Michael are both professional bodybuilders who work together and train together. Now that they are empty nesters, they are looking for the perfect lake home that has space to entertain and work out. First on their tour is an incredible modern home with five bedrooms. The great room has a glass wine cellar, a glass wall that offers magnificent views of the lake, and an outdoor living room space. The second house they view is also a modern build, with incredible features that include a floating staircase, a 30-foot-high great room with a wall of windows, and a double-sided fireplace. The resort-like outdoor space on this property has a kitchen, dining room, pergola, and even a putting green. The final property is a one-of-a-kind designed home with an out-of-this-world main room that features a two-story atrium with an elliptical railing and a hidden pop-up fireplace.
