Plot Synopsis

THE KNOW IT ALL GUIDE TO... is a half-hour series that highlights little-known and fun facts about food. Tent-pole segments include "how to" food hacks where viewers learn how to make their own cheese, and factory visits where the program reveals how Swiss cheese gets its holes. The show also hits the streets to explore some of the world's best eateries, and asks the great American public, age-old culinary questions like "Monterey or Cheddar?" FYI premiered the series on Monday, July 31, 2017 from 10-11pm ET/PT, showing back-to-back episodes:

"Burgers" (10pm): Learn how to eat a 5-pound burger in Southern California, where to find a gold-leaf spin on a grill-master classic, and how the German town of Hamburg helped give birth to an American classic. Plus, we reveal who wins in a condiment Battle Royale between ketchup and mustard. All this (and so much more!) in this fun, fast-paced food show packed with facts, hacks and how-to's.

"Cookies" (10:30pm): Find out the story of how the world's first chocolate chip cookie was invented, what the biggest cookie in the world weighed-in at, and the science behind why we love to dunk! From macarons in Paris, to the mountain man on a late-night munchies mission in North Carolina, prepare to have all your cookie cravings satisfied in this fast-paced, fun food show.
