Plot Synopsis

Executive produced by Common and Tamara Brown, JUSTICE, USA is a six-episode docuseries that takes a 360-degree insider's view of Nashville's criminal justice system, offering unprecedented access to the men's, women's, and juvenile jails, as we watch inmates, deputies, lawyers, and judges confront issues of incarceration, mental illness, and addiction. JUSTICE, USA debuted on Thursday, March 14, 2024 on Max, which released the first two one-hour episodes. Two new installments debuted weekly on Thursdays through March 28.

On Thursday, March 28, 2024, Max released the final two episodes of JUSTICE, USA:

"The Right to Counsel": Through some clever lawyering, Antonio is released. Katie prepares to leave jail. Tra'Meisha has her transfer hearing. A homicide defendant wants to replace a lawyer who hasn't visited him in four years. A woman gives birth while incarcerated.

"Course Corrections": Antonio's parents try to find him on his 30th birthday. Katie gets out of jail, but Josh is arrested. In a restorative justice program, a family tries to forgive the young man who is responsible for their loved one's death.
