Plot Synopsis

In JOIN OR DIE WITH CRAIG FERGUSON, comedian Craig Ferguson debates provocative and timely topics with a panel of celebrities and history experts. Categories range from topics such as: history's most influential drug; the most doomed presidential campaign; history's biggest douchebag; the most influential band; history's biggest frenemies; the greatest founding father; and which invention was history's greatest game changer -- it's not the selfie stick. The expression "Join or Die" is not only Benjamin Franklin's 1754 rallying cry to the divided colonists; it is also the tattoo Craig received on his forearm after becoming an American citizen. JOIN OR DIE premiered on Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 11pm-Midnight ET/PT, as History debuted back-to-back new episodes. In the series opener (11pm), "History's Biggest Political Blunder," Craig is joined by guests Jimmy Kimmel, comedian Jen D'Angelo, and PR guru Howard Bragman as they debate and discuss history's biggest political blunder. Then, in the night's second episode (11:30pm), "History's Worst Medical Advice," Craig ioined by guests Chris Hardwick, comedian Jordan Carlos, and Scientist Bob Pflugfelder as they debate and discuss history's worst medical advice.
