This revival of the iconic 2005 series dropped on Friday, July 16, 2021, as Netflix released the entire 20-episode first season. James Arnold Taylor, Maryke Hendrikse, and Trevor Devall all reprise their roles from the original series. Each quarter-hour episode features a single story, including the series opener, "Johnny's Battle Royale," during which Bling Bling transports Johnny Test and the rest of the crew to a real island to show off his combat skills -- all because they're tired of losing in the game "Melee Island."
