Plot Synopsis
Executive produced by series star Carla Gugino, JETT is a one-hour scripted series that retired professional thief Daisy "Jett" Kowalski, who is fresh out of prison but reluctantly drawn back into doing what she does best after being forced to quit following the birth of her child. Narrowly completing a dangerous "final" job, she finds herself pulled back into a series of assignments masterminded by ruthless criminals, who are determined to exploit her skills for their own ends. Powerful crime lord Charlie Baudelaire offers Jett one last task in Cuba, reuniting her with a former flame, but setting off a chain of unexpected events that endangers everyone she cares for. Created, written, directed and executive produced by Sebastian Gutierrez, episodes include:
"Daisy" (Friday, June 14 @ 10pm): Hoping to go straight, recently paroled master thief Daisy "Jett" Kowalski is enlisted by crime boss Charlie Baudelaire to steal a ring from Miljan Bestic, an Eastern European crime overlord living in Cuba.
"Charles Junior" (Friday, June 21 @ 10pm): Jett is forced to mastermind a heist at the site of a high-end poker game; Baudelaire's son Junior continues to vex his father.
"Phoenix" (Friday, June 28 @ 10pm): Jett looks back at the origins of her relationship with Phoenix and is ordered by Evans (Gil Bellows) to track down Blair -- or else.
"Frank Sweeney" (Friday, July 5 @ 10pm): Jett tracks down Frank Sweeney, a brutal gangster she and Blair worked for ten years earlier.
"Bennie" (Friday, July 12 @ 10pm): Bennie leans up a mess; Evans briefs Jett on a new job for Bestic.
"Josie" (Friday, July 19 @ 10pm): Jett orchestrates the heist of a vintage Mercedes from a luxurious lakeside estate; Josie tries to break things off with Dillon, but ends up being sucked into a dangerous game with Junior and his henchmen.
"Rosalie" (Friday, July 26 @ 10pm): Bennie keeps close company with an unhinged Rosalie; Dillon gets bad news from Carter, and sets his sights on exacting revenge; Jett is forced to overcome a major detour before reuniting with McKay and completing her latest job for Evans.
"Dillon" (Friday, August 2 @ 10pm): Jett finds herself in dire straits when Dillon, hell-bent on revenge, descends on Charlie's house to confront an out-of-control Junior, who has come to his father for help; Phoenix deals with her brother Neal's threats head-on.
"Miljan Bestic" (Friday, August 9 @ 10pm): Before a fateful meeting with Bestic, Jett sets into motion a plan to be free of him for good; Bestic reveals the origins of his feud with Charlie; Jett realizes she's in danger of losing the very thing she holds most dear.
