Plot Synopsis

Jay Leno takes his act from late night to primetime -- still five nights a week, but it's a slightly different show. Just one, maybe two guests per program, and the guests aren't just sitting in a chair anymore. Jay involves them in stunts and other fun stuff. He brought along his established sketches like Jaywalking, 99 Cent Store, and Headlines, but now those bits are in the last 15 minutes as a lead-in to the local nightly news. He still uses stand-up comics as correspondents. The new set even has a racetrack with eco-friendly cars. Kevin Eubanks penned the show's new theme song.
