Plot Synopsis

Each week on INSIDE JOB, four candidates for an executive position compete for the job, as they live together, work together and play together for one week. But, secretly, one of the candidates is already a management executive of the company, and the undercover insider decides which candidate should be considered for the job after monitoring their moves, reporting any findings back to the boss, and eventually being revealed to the group. Each 60-minute episode features a different company, including: The House of Blues, which is looking for a new Special Events Sales Manager; ShoeDazzle, which wants to hire a Director of Brand Marketing; David Barton Gym, which needs a Director of Social Media; Abbyson Living, which wants a new E-Commerce Brand Manager; Mazda, which is searching for a new Launch Manger for its North American headquarters; and Johnny Rockets, which needs a new Field Marketing Manager to oversee 30 restaurants.
