Plot Synopsis

I'M HAVING THEIR BABY is a reality series that reveals the world of adoption, as this series follows the birth mother's experience in making this difficult and emotional choice. Each hour-long episode follows two pregnant women who have made the choice to place their babies for adoption because they want the brightest future for their unborn children -- and better lives for themselves. The premiere episode chronicles the stories of: Mary, a 25-year-old wife in an unhappy marriage of five years, who had an affair which led to an unplanned pregnancy and now faces the dilemma of trying to save her marriage or raising her first child as a single mom; and Claudia, a Haitian born woman adopted by an American family when she was 10-years-old, who ended up pregnant by a boyfriend she'd been dating for only one month and who wants more for herself and her unborn child. This series returned for its second season on Wednesday, July 12, 2013 at 10pm ET/PT, with a debut episode that featured Sharanda's boyfriend having mixed feelings about placing their baby for adoption and Tory's boyfriend wanting to keep their baby.
