Plot Synopsis

Each year since 2012, iHeartRadio has hosted a music festival to kickoff summer, with multiple acts performing live in concert. Originally called the IHEARTRADIO ULTIMATE POOL PARTY, this event was a one-day (2012) or two-day (2013 & 2014) concert held at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. In 2015, the concert, renamed the IHEARTRADIO SUMMER POOL PARTY, moved to Caesars Palace Las Vegas for an all-day festival on Saturday, May 30, which was broadcast as a one-hour special on June 11.

On Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at 8pm ET/PT, The CW premiered the 2016 IHEARTRADIO SUMMER POOL PARTY. The event took place on Saturday, May 21 at the Fontainebleu Miami Beach, featuring live performances by Flo Rida, DNCE with special guest Hailee Steinfeld, Tinashe, Lukas Graham, Kygo, Jason Derulo, and more.
