Plot Synopsis

Each 30-minute episode of I MARRIED A MOBSTER highlights one mob wife who shares her wild ride, including everything from her blossoming relationship with a mobster to the realities of living the high life and her family's eventual downfall as authorities locked up her loved ones and maybe even her. Lorraine Bracco, who starred in both GOODFELLS and THE SOPRANOS, is the narrator and executive producer of this series. The Season 1 mob wives are: Angela Calvancante, Cheryl Caruso, Barbara Gama, Denyce Franzese, Andrea Giovino, Love Majewski, Linda Scarpa and Linda Schiro. In Season 2, the series highlights: Lindsey Cyr, who as a 21-year-old fell in love with James 'Whitey' Bulger; Toni Marie Fappiano, who fell for the handsome and charming Michael 'Mikey Scars' DiLeonardo, one of the men who ratted out fellow mobster John Gotti, Jr.; Sharon McDonnell, whose life took an unexpected turn when she finds herself knocked up and in a shotgun wedding to her boyfriend, bringing her into the family of mobster Carmine Fiore; Nancy Esposito, who marries restaurant owner Michael Delucia -- only to find the FBI searching her house, revealing his secret life; Georgia Durante, who was a frequent competitor in local drag races and ended up driving getaway cars for notorious mob boss Carlo Gambino, which led her to meet her future husband, club owner Joe Lamendola; Lynda Milito, who married Louie Milito, a man with ties to the Gambino mob going deeper than she could ever have imagined; Ruthann Seccio, who used her street smarts to survive the underbelly of Philadelphia and catch the attention of Philly's mob boss, Ralph Natale; Maryann Walker, who was losing case after case as a paralegal -- until she met handsome Frank Annunziata, when her legal luck changed but her life changed for the worse; Wendy Mazaros, who escaped life a sex slave only to be captured and handed over like a trophy to Tom Hanley, the most notorious hit man in Vegas; Gina Lynch, who stood by her man Vinny, even as the FBI brought him in for racketeering -- so much so that they had a baby while he was in prison; Christine Mazza, who met husband Larry and expected them to build their lives together -- until his secret hits the papers; and Dawn Trentacosta, who learns the mafia ropes in mob-heavy Howard Beach and meets Anthony Trentacosta, a rising star in the Gambino family.
