Plot Synopsis

I LOVE JENNI revolves around Jenni Rivera, her five kids, granddaughter and new hubby in a household where family, fame and business collide. Rivera is a multi-gold, platinum and double platinum award-winning artist, but she faces the same family issues as other Americans -- whether it's telling off her son's teacher for making him cry, or showing her softer side as her teenage daughter Jenicka melts her heart when she asks to stay in school versus home schooling. The show' third and final season, which debuted on Sunday, April 14, at 9pm ET on mun2, was in production when Jenni died in a plane crash on December 9, 2012. The six-episode final season starts in November 2012 and continues past the plane crash, showing how her family creates their lives in the absence of their mother, sister and daughter.

mun2 will remember Jenni Rivera within special tribute programming blocks beginning Thanksgiving night and running through the end of 2013. On Thursday, November 28 at 6pm ET, mun2 re-airs the wedding of Jenni's daughter Jacqui, showing one of Rivera's proudest moments from Season 2, immediately followed by the "We Love Jenni" special at 7pm ET, featuring celebrities and friends retelling their favorite Jenni moments and tributes to her. Thanksgiving night finishes with two back-to-back Thanksgiving episodes from 8-10pm ET. Then, mun2 has dedicated Monday, December 9 to an all-day tribute airing all episodes of the final season of I LOVE JENNI beginning at 6am ET. The final season of the reality series was shot prior to and after the tragic accident that took Rivera's life. Season 3, the final season, includes six episodes with Rivera as well as her family as they moved through their lives. mun2 will also host a live on-air twitter event from 2-10pm ET that day with fans able to tweet live on-air using @mun2 and #ILoveJenni.
