Plot Synopsis

Licensed contractor and host Jeff Devlin help homeowners re-imagine and remodel their bathrooms. Whether he's updating a 1970s bath, splitting an existing bathroom into a two spaces (a private master bath and a space for kids), or performing a complete gut job, Devlin transforms bathrooms into spaces suitable for a throne. I HATE MY BATH returned for its third season, premiering on DIY at 10pm ET on Tuesday, November 20, 2012, featuring all-new bathroom disasters, like a cramped and off-color master bath in a 1920s craftsman-style home and a bathroom with pink floral wallpaper, pink countertops and pink toilet inside a local landmark called the 'Barbie Doll House.' Season 4 debuted on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 9pm ET, with Jeff transforming an outdated and moldy bathroom into a salon-like sanctuary. I HATE MY BATH returned for its fifth season on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 10pm ET/PT on DIY, as Jeff transformed an ugly and outdated bathroom into a salon like space, featuring vibrant colors, a living plant wall and a super-sized walk in shower.

On Wednesday, November 12, 2014, I HATE MY BATH returned for is sixth season, as DIY aired four back-to-back episodes from 9-11am ET/PT. In the Season 6 opener, "An Old Wallpapered Bathroom," Jeff Devlin is helping transform this old space with 1920s architecture into a modern and art deco bathroom, complete with black and white marble tile, double sinks on a vanity made from a vintage dresser, a wall tank toilet and tons of architectural details, such as wainscoting and a coffered ceiling.
