Plot Synopsis

HUSTLE & SOUL is a one-hour reality series that follows Lawrence Page (Chef LP), owner and head chef of The Pink Tea Cup (PTC) restaurant, as he tries to balance his personal and professional lives while running the eatery and trying to manage his staff's cat fights, power moves, and love triangles. Lawrence resurrected the former West Village landmark and moved to the Fort Greene, Brooklyn on his quest to rise to the next level and score a coveted Michelin star. While Lawrence struggles to find the perfect recipe for success, he and his team will learn that it takes more than just good cooking and a good-looking staff to become Michelin elite. Heading up The Pink Tea Cup crew as General Manager is Lawrence's hot-tempered girlfriend Ana. She may support Lawrence and his lofty culinary goal, but she's ready to be more than just the first lady of the PTC - she wants to be the ONLY lady in his life (aside from his overly opinionated Mom, aka Momma Page). However, the other female employees have their own motives; including Sana, the flighty flirty hostess who is not afraid to stand up to Ana and go after everything she wants; Thandi, the PTC's lead server who is next in line to move up; and Candice, the head bartender who is as sweet as her drinks, but far from Michelin ready. The twins, Dominic and Stef, provide some much-needed comic relief at the restaurant where they can't seem to get anything right.

Season 2 of HUSTLE & SOUL premiered on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 10pm ET/PT on WEtv. In the new season, Chef Lawrence Page is back and has big plans to expand the Pink Tea Cup brand, which includes mixing it up with some new additions to his spirited staff. However, love triangles & staff drama threaten to destroy his dreams. If he is going to keep his dysfunctional family together, he may have to keep them apart. Can the Pink Tea Cup family rally and leave their drama at the door? In the season opener, "Let's Get This Fried Chicken!," Lawrence tries to win his family back but Ana explodes over his affair with Thandi.

Season 3 of HUSTLE & SOUL premiered on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at 10pm ET/PT on WE tv. The new season follows Chef Lawrence Page navigating through the opening of his new restaurant in South Beach, where he will be vying for celebrity clientele and managing sexy new additions to his staff. But while Lawrence seeks to elevate Soul Food's culinary status, his fiance and restaurant partner, Ana Lavender, wants to serve soul food with some sass. Back in Brooklyn, Thandi is managing the original Pink Tea Cup restaurant...but are she and Lawrence keeping secrets about their relationship? When lines are crossed, and alliances are formed can he keep control of his staff and gain his coveted celebrity chef status... or will he lose everything? In the season opener, "Sexy Is Sexy, But Trashy Is Trashy," the sexy staff clashes in the new Pink Tea Cup; meanwhile, Ana and LP have conflicting plans for Miami.

On Thursday, June 6, 2019 at 10:30pm ET/PT, WE tv premiered the Season 3 finale of HUSTLE & SOUL. In the 70-minute season ender, "Revenge Is Sweet," LP's big debut on THE STEVE HARVEY SHOW is undercut by Ana's schemes. Plus, Jon Jon asks too much of Cola, Aneka makes a big decision, and Thandi gets what she wants which leads to a shocking conclusion.
