Plot Synopsis

Using interviews, sketches and animation, HOW TO BE A GROWN UP is a half-hour series that explores the triumphs and tragedies of being an adult. Each week, top-name comics offer humorous guidance, common-sense solutions, and personal anecdotes about universal issues facing all adults -- from marriage and kids to personal hygiene and relationships. HOW TO BE A GROWN UP returned for its second season on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT on truTV with a season opener entitled "Mortality, Religion and Gettin' Freaky."

On Tuesday, August 11, 2015 from 11pm-Midnight ET/PT, truTV premiered the Season 2 finale of HOW TO BE A GROWN UP, showing back-to-back new episodes. In the night's first new episode (11pm), "Yard Sales, Road Trips and Honeymoons," comics provide jokes and personal anecdotes on how to let go of the past, have a yard sale, take a road trip, go on a honeymoon, play video games, and a whole lot more. Then, in the season ender (11:30pm), "Advice, Mistakes and Being Handy," comics provide jokes and personal anecdotes on how to stay current, raise good kids, be handy, give advice, deal with mistakes, and so much more.
