Hosted by Nico Tortorella and Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi, HOW FAR IS TATTOO FAR? is a half-hour reality series that puts relationships through the ultimate test of trust by asking pairs of friends, family members and couples to design tattoos for one another that won't be revealed until after they've been permanently inked. Tortorella and Polizzi -- with the help of some of the most creative and talented tattoo artists in the industry -- follow the blindfolded duos as they learn the stories behind the tattoo and unveil the designs unknowingly selected for them. HOW FAR IS TATTOO FAR? premiered on Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 9-10pm ET/PT, as MTV debuted back-to-back new episodes:

"Secrets From the Shore" (9pm): JERSEY SHORE veteran Angelina Pivarnick tests her fiance Chris Larangeira's love for her nasty side with a tattoo that's bloody horrific. Plus, best friends reveal their dirty little secrets in permanent ink.

"Politics That Stink" (9:30pm): Cousins try to trump one another with ink that goes tattoo far; exes stay enemies when former lovers come clean with deeply revealing tattoos that really stink.

The second season of HOW FAR IS TATTOO FAR? premiered on Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 9-11pm ET/PT on MTV. Celebrity participants this season include: TEEN MOM OG's Cheyenne Floyd and Cory Wharton, FLORIBAMA SHORE's Codi Butts and Kirk Medas; TOO STUPID TO DIE's Zach Holmes and Chad Tepper; as well as Tony Raines, Alyssa Giacone, Kailah Casillas, and more. Season 2 opens with four back-to-back episodes:

"Rev My Engine" (9pm): A wild couple steps up their sex life with X-rated ink, while bitter exes engage in evil tattoo warfare over each other's parenting skills.

"Kirk and Codi's Bama Bro-Down" (9:30pm): Floribama Shore castmates, Codi and Kirk one up each other with some extremely puke worthy tattoos. Two sisters are deadly serious about the messages they've put on each other's bodies in permanent ink.

"Shit Hits the Fan" (10pm): Lifelong friends brand each other with massive tattoos that will ruin their sex lives. And heels come off when best frenemies expose embarrassing personal stories from the past with their tattoos.

"Deadly Secrets" (10:30pm): A husband's plan to live out his ultimate sexual fantasy and bring out his wife's freaky side backfires in a HUGE way. Best friends risk putting their friendship on ice with a tattoo to die for -- possibly breaking them apart for good.
