Plot Synopsis

HOUSE HAUNTERS is a half-hour reality series that follows Anthony Anderson and his mom Doris Bowman, who take over properties and devise hilarious gags for unsuspecting house hunters, real estate agents, handymen and a few HGTV stars, including Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent and Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt. In each episode, dozens of hidden cameras are placed inside the house, while Anthony and Doris are in a nearby unmarked van, where they scheme to scare, startle and surprise visitors to the homes. Along they way, the duo execute humorous high jinks with creepy dolls coming to life, mysterious pests on the loose, home decor that has a mind of its own, or seemingly haunted spaces. The first three episodes of HOUSE HAUNTERS dropped on Thursday, October 7, 2021 on discovery+.

On Thursday, October 28, 2021, discovery+ released "Get Out of My House," the season finale of HOUSE HAUNTERS. Anthony and Mama Doris let the home do the talking during an open house, and movers face an eerie surprise in the basement. Then, two designers get a first-hand look at what lurks in the shadows, and a ghostly butler gives guests a one-star experience.
