HOME TOWN: BEN'S WORKSHOP is a docuseries that follows master woodworker Ben Napier, who shares his expertise in craftsmanship and carpentry with celebrity guests, including astronaut Scott Kelly, tennis legend Martina Navratilova, comedian Loni Love, and country singer Chris Lane. In this spinoff of HOME TOWN, Ben's visitors are in for a fun Southern experience -- building iconic wood projects and making surprise visits to donate them to the community or a neighbor. All four 15-minute episodes of HOME TOWN: BEN'S WORKSHOP's first season premiered on Monday, January 4, 2021 on discovery+, the same day the streaming service launched.

Season 2 of HOME TOWN: BEN'S WORKSHOP premiered on Sunday, December 19, 2021, as discovery+ released the first two half-hour episodes. In the new season, Ben continues to share his expertise in craftsmanship and carpentry with celebrity guests who help him build iconic wood projects at his workshop in Laurel, Mississippi. In the season opener, Ben and his good friend, actor Chris Sullivan, tackle Ben's biggest build yet: a 26-foot dining table. In the second episode, Danica McKellar shows off her math skills when she and Ben recreate a centuries-old counting system invented by Ben's ancestor.
