Plot Synopsis

From voodoo wrestling in the Congo to roller derby in Texas, HOME GAME is an eight-episode documentary series that explores unusual and thrilling sports traditions around the world. Each one-hour episode focuses on a different country and its sport, including: Calcio Storico (Florence, Italy); Highland Games (Scotland); Freediving (Philippines); Roller Derby (Austin, Texas, USA); Kok Boru (Kyrgyzstan); Catch Fetiche (Congo); Makepung Lampit (Bali's Jembrana region); and Pehlwani (India). On Friday, June 26, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released all eight episodes.
