Plot Synopsis

In each half-hour episode of HIP-HOP HOUDINI, master magician and online sensation Tomas B. De la Cruz, Jr. (a.k.a. Smoothini) immerses himself into the world of a music influencer. Disarming them with mind-blowing magic tricks, he gets to know A$AP Ferg (series premiere), Becky G, Fat Joe, Iggy Azalea, Lil Jon and Waka Flocka Flame and reveals something about each featured artist that even their most devoted fans didn't know. By the end of each episode, Smoothini unveils an illusion custom-designed for the artist.

On Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 10pm ET/PT, Fuse premiered the season finale of HIP-HOP HOUDINI, with guest star Becky G. In the season ender, magician Smoothini heads to rap star Becky G's family home in LA, performing magic tricks with a personal touch; Becky G tells Smoothini about the importance of family, and her struggles on the way to making it big in the music business.
