Plot Synopsis

From family outings to loud and crazy family get-togethers, HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO follows Alana 'Honey Boo Boo' Thompson, who first gained fame on TODDLERS & TIARAS, and her outragrous family in rural Georgia doing what her family does best: four-wheeling through mud pits and picking up road kill for the family cookout. Each episode follows Alana and her family: stay-at-home mom June, chalk-mining dad Sugar Bear, and sisters 12-year-old Lauryn 'Pumpkin', 15-year-old Jessica 'Chubbs', and 17-year-old pregnant Anna 'Chickadee.' When this series returned for its midseason premiere on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at 9pm ET/PT, the viewing audience could use scratch-n-sniff cards for TLC's "Watch 'n Sniff" event. HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO returned for its second season on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at 9pm ET/PT with back-to-back new episodes. In the Season 2 premiere Sugar Bear wanted some man space so he got a Man Camper (aka Manper), which he enjoyed while Pumpkin primped the girls with waxing and blackhead removal. The family reunited for a trip to the Redneck Games. In the season's second episode, June and Sugar Bear each had painfully awkward sex talks with Anna and Jessica and their boyfriends, because June is not ready to be a grandmother (again). HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO returned with new episodes on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 9pm ET/PT. In the Season 2 summer premiere, "3 Generations & 1 Pork Rind," June copes with an empty-nest when Anna and Kaitlyn decide to move out, and even a life-size Mario Lopez cut-out can't boost the birthday girl's spirits. Plus, extra time allows her to work at the bakery, leaving Sugar Bear alone to become a domestic housewife.

Immediately following a marathon (3-9pm ET/PT) of encore episodes from Season 2, TLC aired the season finale of HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO. In the season ender, "Annabama," June's control over Anna's wedding boils over only days before the big day. A quirky party distracts Anna, but leads to a bit of awkwardness. But he long-awaited wedding is only the prelude though, as the new family packs up and kisses Georgia goodbye.
