Plot Synopsis

Nine just-married couples compete for an ever-escalating cash prize to help kick-start their new lives together. The show has a light, comedic tone to it and focuses on relationships in its mental and physical challenges. Challenges from the first season include: a parenting test, a shopping test, and an event where the husbands had to point out their new wives' physical flaws. Couples can win immunity, but they can choose to sell their immunity for a small cash prize of $10,000 - $30,000 immediately before the newlyweds vote which couple should be sent home. The last couple standing wins the cash prize, and Crystal and Johnnie Moutra won $465,000 in the first season.
