Plot Synopsis

Gord Closson runs South Coast Standing Stem, a heli-logging company that harvests Cedar trees on Vancouver Island and uses a $15,000 per hour Chinook helicopter to transport the logs out of the grove. The loggers must withstand injuries, failures and near-death experiences as they work to meet tight schedules and maintain an eco-friendly operation.
