Plot Synopsis

HEAVENLY BITES MEXICO is a six-part docuseries about the food that Mexicans hate loving. It's about those flavors that are worth the stomach aches that will most likely follow their consumption. An ode to those things that we are willing to eat no matter how out of control the recipe gets. In the series opener, "Micheladas," can you imagine adding lime, candy, seafood and even meat to your beer? Mexicans certainly do, and the result is an addictive drink called michelada. All six episodes dropped on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 on Netflix.
