Plot Synopsis

GROWING UP MCGHEE is a half-hour reality series that follows Mia and Rozonno McGhee and their sextuplets, whose lives were first chronicled by SIX LITTLE MCGHEES, a reality series on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network. Now, the six adorable McGhee sextuplets are 5 years old, and this new series chronicles how Mia and Rozonno juggle marriage, a family business, and their six adorable children, each developing his or her own unique individual personality with every passing day. Plus, this family of eight explores new milestones, like learning how to swim and getting a family pet, and these new adventures all come with unexpected twists and turns. The family is also planning for a spring break trip. In the series opener, Mia and Ro attend parent teacher conferences and learn some big news about how the kids are doing in school. Then, in the second episode, the McGhee family is getting cabin fever and the sextuplets are bouncing off the walls. Mia and Ro come up with a way to incentivize good behavior from the kids before they all head to an indoor water park a much-needed release. On Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 9:30pm ET/PT, UP premiered the 10-episode second season of GROWING UP MCGHEE. In the season opener, "I'm Not Ready for This...," it's back to school time for the McGhees, which means back to school shopping for clothes and supplies... times six! The sextuplets are excited, but when they find out they will be repeating Kindergarten they are upset about their friends leaving them behind. Mia and Ro do their best to support the kids and make their first day back special.

UP premiered the Season 2 finale of GROWING UP MCGHEE on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 9:30pm ET/PT. In the season ender, "6 Kids and 17 Years Later...," the big day is here! Mia and the girls have a morning of pampering and beautifying, while Ro's Best Boys take him out for the bachelor party he never had! Later, they all gather on the beach for an emotion-filled vow renewal before dancing and dining together to celebrate the love they have as a family!
