Two episodes of THE DIRT aired during August 2013 to support GOLD RUSH - SOUTH AMERICA. On August 2, Doyle started with candid conversations with the miners and production crew, revealing what to expect in the Summer series. Four weeks later, on August 30, Doyle took a long look back at the trial and tribulations of GOLD RUSH - SOUTH AMERICA and teased the new season of GOLD RUSH.
