Plot Synopsis

Using patios, water features, fire pits, arbors and truckloads of plants, professional landscaper Chris Lambton transforms neglected backyards into eye-popping outdoor spaces that families can use to live, grow, and entertain. Lambton was the runner-up on Season 6 of THE BACHELORETTE, before which he was a landscaper near Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Now, after marrying former BACHELOR and BACHELOR PAD contestant Peyton Wright, Lambton is going back to his roots as the owner of his own landscaping business. In each 30-minute episode of this series, Lambton, Wright and his crew transform plain, drab backyards into spectacular, family-friendly outdoor spaces for one of these families: the Oliveiras, who host a surprise birthday party on their new backyard entertainment space, which was designed to have a custom playground with a tunnel, an outdoor fireplace with a matching brick patio, and a giant two level deck with a built in planter box; Carmen and Eddie Machado, who have an impromptu sleepover in their backyard after Chris builds them an edible English Garden that also includes a fire pit, a play structure and lots of grass; the Esparzas, who host a long-awaited house warming party after Chris builds a casual yet classy new backyard by introducing formal sod circles, a magestic water feature, a relaxing hammock, and a custom painted patio; Derek and Nicole, who are expecting their second child and get more living space after Chris designs a unique, rustic backyard, complete with all the comforts of home; Matt and Zena Welker, who host friends, neighbors and their dogs to christen their new space after Chris builds a shady new deck with a custom tiki bar, a hot tub, and a personal dog park for their dogs, Monkey and Rufus; the Morgan family, who are thrilled to find Chris has built them an outdoor movie theater where the entire family can gather, in addition to plenty of comfy seating, a lounge area with a hammock and stretches of grass for playing; and many more families who benefit from Chris's personalized outdoor spaces.
