Plot Synopsis

In each half-hour episode of GLOBAL SOUL KITCHEN, best-selling author and chef Deborah VanTrece draws inspiration from around the world to create a new dish that combines traditional Southern American soul food with different international influences. Whether she's combining the flavors of Morocco, Tunisia, and Louisiana to make soul eggs in purgatory or putting a Southern twist on a traditional Dutch Baby, her dishes run the worldwide gamut.
