Plot Synopsis

Blogger and relationship expert Tionna Tee Smalls helps girls with advice for their relationship and dating issues. GIRL GET YOUR MIND RIGHT covers a range of topics, including the girl who always picks the wrong guy to the girl who constantly makes herself too available. In each 30-minute episode, Tionna works with one subject, finding out her specific problem by talking with friend and touring bedrooms, guiding her with her own set of key rules, taking her for a makeover (or a make-under), and surprising her on her date with last-minute advice. After the date, the subject sends Tionna a video message with an update on her progress -- or a confession that she's gone back to her old ways. In this series, Tionna helps the following girls: Melissa, a young girl who needs to learn how to say "No," so that guys don't take advantage of her; Kellsie, who is stuck in a love triangle and can't decide who to choose; JERSEY SHORE's Angelina, who distrusts her boyfriend because of her past experiences; Cherelle, who must learn how to prioritize and face her fears; Dabriel, a tomboy, who is in love with her best friend; Alexis, who needs a confidence boost, because she feels invisible when she goes out with her friends; and many more young women with relationship and dating issues.
