Plot Synopsis

Set in the storybook Connecticut town of Stars Hollow, populated with an eclectic mix of everyday folks and lovable lunatics this one-hour comedy follows single mom Lorelai Gilmore and her teenage daughter Rory. Though Lorelai and Rory have their differences, the strong and loving mother-daughter relationship always sees them through good times and bad.

On Friday, January 29, Netflix announced that new episodes of GILMORE GIRLS are coming, and confirmed the following information:

- Starring Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, Scott Patterson and Kelly Bishop

- Also returning from the original series are Sean Gunn and Keiko Agena

- Produced by Dorothy Parker Drank Here Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.

- Amy Sherman-Palladino is the creator and EP. Daniel Palladino is also an EP. They are writing and directing the series.
