Plot Synopsis

FRIDAY NIGHT IMPOSSIBLE is a one-hour reality series that follows NFL legend Jerry Rice, as he heads to small towns across America to help struggling football teams. It's a race against the clock as Jerry has only one week to work with each team to help inspire and motivate them to do better on and off the football field. Jerry spends one-on-one time with key players and gets to know them on a personal level by hearing their inspiring and sometimes heartbreaking stories. Jerry tackles the team's obstacles one by one. Along the way, he calls on local residents to customize a professional workout for the team, improves school spirit, pumps up the fans at the pep rally and imparts his knowledge from the sidelines during the team's big game Friday Night. In each 60-minute episode, Jerry helps a different football team, including the players at Alma Bryant High School (Irvington, AL) featured in the pilot episode, which GAC premiered on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 8pm ET/PT.
