Plot Synopsis

FRESH, FRIED & CRISPY is a half-hour docuseries that follows Daym Drops, as he travels across the county to drop in on America's smokin' hot spots for the best, freshest takes on fried food. Extra crispy pork chops in Birmingham, deep fried Oreos in San Diego, and jumbo lump crab cakes in Baltimore. No matter where it is, Daym tries to find the best unknown fried dishes coming from the streets, fancy restaurants, and home kitchens. Each episode focuses on a different city, including St. Louis, Savannah, Las Vegas, Baltimore, San Diego, Denver, Birmingham, and Cleveland. The entire eight-episode first season dropped on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 on Netflix.
