Plot Synopsis

FOOD AFFAIR WITH MARK WIENS is a six-episode docuseries that follows travel vlogger Mark Wiens, as he explores Singapore's uniquely diverse culture and cuisine -- one plate at a time. Mark begins his exploration of Singapore's diverse cuisine through meals cooked by a fine dining pioneer, a Michelin-starred chef, and a son dedicated to keeping his father's legacy alive through food. FOOD AFFAIR WITH MARK WIENS debuted on Friday, November 18, 2022, as HBO Max released the first episode.
