Plot Synopsis

FLIPPING SAN DIEGO is a reality series that follows real-estate flippers Chief Denney and Chris Bedgood, as they evaluate and purchase San Diego-area homes, transform these properties, and then sell them for profit. Chief, a 20-year veteran in real-estate investment, lives by a simple motto: The faster you go, the more money you make. Chris, a former Naval Air crewman, is a detail-oriented jack of all trades, who is highly strung and gets stuck on every last detail. This duo met in 2008 when Chris attended one of Chief's seminars, and after completing a test-flip property together, they found that their somewhat-opposing talents were a recipe for success in the world of real estate. Chief and Chris are joined by Elisa Stabile, who has flipped properties across the country and has been involved with her family's business in new construction. In each one-hour episode, they flip one home, including: an Allied Gardens-neighborhood home, which has walls dripping with nicotine and surprises lurking under every surface; a home on a busy street in rural Lakeside, CA, that Chris is determined to DIY to save every penny; and many more houses that need makeovers to become belles of the ball.
