Plot Synopsis

Chef Jeff Henderson travels across America, helping home cooks and restaurant chefs make their favorite dishes healthier and more appetizing. Whether he's flipping gourmet pizzas into healthier alternatives for Frank's Pizza Napoletana in Shreveport, Louisiana, revealing little known cooking secrets of Southern dishes, or heading to a local beauty shop to transform favorite dishes of three women getting makeovers, Chef Jeff meets up with newscasters, local celebrities and everyday people to demonstrate how they can enjoy their favorite guilty-food pleasures more often while cutting down on calories in the process. FLIP MY FOOD WITH CHEF JEFF, a half-hour syndicated program that airs each weekday, premiered on Monday, September 8, 2014.

Season 2 premiered in national syndication (check local listings for time and channel) on Monday, September 7, 2015.
