FABULOUS CAKES goes behind the scenes at the nation's top bakeries, which are run by the best pastry chefs creating large-scale cakes. Each week the series visits a new city, allowing these culinary wizards to share their tips and techniques as they conceive, construct, and deliver cakes that take the art of pastry above and beyond your everyday dessert. In Las Vegas, this series visits the Freed's Bakery, Caked Las Vegas, and Mandalay Bay.
